1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: To process a return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us at support@galaxydecor.com for assistance.
